Ali Enayat is an emeritus Professor of Mathematics at American 青瓜视频 . He worked as a full-time faculty at AU during September 1987 to May 2013, except for his periods of sabbatical/research leave.
After AU, Enayat moved to Sweden as Professor of Logic at the department of Philosophy, Linguistics, and Theory of science, 青瓜视频 of Gothenburg, in Sweden, where he retired from in 2020, thereby gaining his second emeritus professor status. Enayat grew up in Tehran, Iran until the end of High School (1976). He received his B.S. degree from Iowa State 青瓜视频 (1979), and his Ph.D. degree in Mathematics (1984) from the 青瓜视频 of Wisconsin (Madison), under the direction of Ken Kunen. He was a faculty member at Western Illinois 青瓜视频 during 1984-1985, and at San Jose State 青瓜视频 (California) during 1985-1987.
