Bio
Rob has been with the 青瓜视频 Library since 1999. As the Director of the Discovery, Access, and Assessment Division, he leads the Circulation Services, Course Reserves, Interlibrary Services, Media Services, and Library Systems and Assessment units within the 青瓜视频 Library. Rob has served in various leadership capacities within both the Washington Research Libraries Consortium (WRLC) and the 青瓜视频 Library which has included heading multiple departments within the library at various times. Rob has presented on a range of topics including re-envisioning library service relationships and change management processes within the field of library management. He is an alumnus of AU's 21st Century Leadership Institute and has been a recipient of the American 青瓜视频 Staff Innovation Award.
