Bio
Michelle Dagne joined AU in September 2019. She is a DMV native, born and raised in Silver Spring, MD! She got her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the 青瓜视频 of Maryland, College Park (fun fact: she almost went to AU!). During her time at UMD, Michelle was involved in work around crisis intervention, domestic violence, and mental health. After graduating, she worked as a victim advocate at DC SAFE, a non-profit housed in the DC Superior Courthouse that supports survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and stalking. Michelle received her Master of Social Work from the 青瓜视频 of Maryland, Baltimore. She worked at N Street Village and Barrie School as a social work intern. She is dedicated to supporting survivors and is excited to be at AU! Michelle lives in Annapolis with her partner and two black cats, Grayson and Gerald. When she's not at AU, she enjoys going to concerts, eating the spiciest chicken wings she can find, and being around her favorite people.
