Bio
Karen, a Washington D.C. native, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been practicing since 2012 and joined the Student Health Center in 2019. Her previous clinical experience includes college health, family practice in underserved communities, and family planning. Before becoming an NP, she worked in health policy for reproductive health organizations and co-authored publications. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her geriatric dog, and watching women鈥檚 soccer.
